How to Get Wood, Minerals, and Crops in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
There are three primary methods for acquiring resources for your Hideout in *Assassin’s Creed Shadows*:
- Completing Quests: Most side quests generously reward you with various resources. These quests are straightforward and can be a reliable way to boost your supplies.
- Looting Chests: Explore restricted areas and castles, where you can find chests and other caches. Use the L2 or LT button to survey your environment and spot golden and white orbs, which signify valuable loot.
- Large Resource Caches: Occasionally, you’ll come across large caches that you can tag for your scouts to transport back to your Hideout.
For the most efficient resource farming, however, focus on completing Contracts.
Completing Contracts
As you develop your base, you’ll unlock the ability to construct a Kakurega building within your Hideout. This structure not only increases your number of scouts but also unlocks optional quests known as Contracts. These Contracts are specifically designed to help you farm essential resources like wood, minerals, crops, as well as metal and silk, which are crucial for enhancing your weapons and armor.
To access your Contracts, visit the Kakurega building in your Hideout and interact with the small table inside. Here, you can view and accept available Contracts. These will appear on your map, marked by a katana icon. Completing these quests will yield a substantial amount of resources, making them indispensable for significant Hideout upgrades.
