Microsoft's recent ID@Xbox Showcase was packed with exciting updates and announcements from the indie gaming world. Among the highlights, Balatro made a surprising shadow-drop onto Xbox Game Pass on February 24, allowing players to dive right into the action. This isn't the only game making waves; the fan-favorite Buckshot Roulette is also set to join the Xbox platform. This tabletop horror game, released in December 2023, quickly captivated over four million players with its intense and chilling take on Russian roulette using a pump-action shotgun.
The showcase didn't stop there. A slew of new indie games were confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in 2025, promising a diverse and thrilling lineup for subscribers. Here's a comprehensive list of what's coming:

In addition to these indie gems, Watch Dogs: Legion (Cloud, Console, and PC) is set to launch into Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard today, February 25, adding even more value to the subscription service.
