Wuthering Waves version 1.4, phase two, "When the Night Knocks," is live, bringing new events and rewards. While major gameplay changes are absent, numerous in-game events offer special items.
First, let's look at the featured Resonators. From December 12th to January 1st, the "When Thunder Pours" event features the five-star Yinlin, and four-star Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Yinlin is event-exclusive. Simultaneously, "Celestial Revelation" boosts drop rates for five-star Xiangli Yao and four-star Lumi Baizhi and Yuanwu. Xiangli Yao is also exclusive to this event.
Next, the featured weapon events, "Stringmaster" and "Verity's Handle," (also running December 12th to January 1st), highlight their respective five-star weapons, both event-exclusive. "Waning Redshift," "Jinzhou Keeper," and "Hollow Mirage" have increased drop rates, guaranteeing a featured five-star weapon on a five-star pull.
A variety of additional events—Pioneer Association, Featured Combat, Recurring Combat, and Limited-time Material Drop events—will run throughout the holiday season, concluding in January. While not explicitly Christmas-themed, these events offer plenty for Wuthering Waves players to enjoy.
