Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 introduces the highly anticipated return of S-Rank agents Ellen Joe and Qingyi. This marks a significant departure from the game's previous strategy of solely releasing new agents, mirroring the rerun banner systems found in Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.
The Version 1.5 update is divided into two phases. Phase 1 (January 22nd - February 12th) features the new Ether agent Astra Yao alongside a rerun banner for Ellen Joe (originally from Version 1.1), including her Agent Story. Phase 2 (February 12th - March 11th) brings Evelyn Chevalier and a rerun banner for Qingyi (also from Version 1.1). Both rerun banners will also offer their respective W-Engines.
This update confirms recent leaks regarding new outfits. Version 1.5 will introduce three new outfits: "Chandelier" for Astra, "On Campus" for Ellen, and "Cunning Cutie" for Nicole. The "Cunning Cutie" outfit for Nicole is obtainable as a reward during the Day of Brilliant Wishes event. The addition of rerun banners and new outfits significantly expands character customization and provides players a second chance to acquire previously missed characters.
