SD Gundam G Generation Eternal: US Network Test Announced!
Contrary to the lack of news since 2022, SD Gundam G Generation Eternal is alive and well! A network test is on the horizon, opening the doors for players in the US, alongside Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong. Applications are now open until December 7th, offering 1500 lucky participants a sneak peek from January 23rd to 28th, 2025.
Gundam fans will once again command a vast roster of iconic mecha pilots in strategic grid-based battles. The SD Gundam series is renowned for its extensive inclusion of characters and mobile suits from across the Gundam universe.
While the Gundam franchise enjoys global recognition, the equally popular SD Gundam line might be less familiar to some. "Super Deformed," these charming, stylized kits offer cute, compact versions of classic mecha – at one time, even surpassing the popularity of the original designs!
A US Debut
Anticipation is high for the latest SD Gundam installment. However, Bandai Namco's track record with the series has been inconsistent, with some titles falling short or facing premature cancellation. Let's hope SD Gundam G Generation Eternal (a mouthful, indeed!) proves to be a high-quality addition to the franchise.
