Locating the Electronic Collars
The initial objective is to find five electronic collars from specific locations:

The Jamming Device: Disable or Recalibrate?
After delivering the collars, Shcherba reveals a jamming signal affecting them. You must investigate and choose between disabling or recalibrating the jamming device in the Storage on the Hill.

Both choices yield the same rewards (a Gauss Gun and the "On a Leash" trophy), but letting Shcherba go maintains positive relations with the scientists.
