Pokemon Go Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres Dynamax Forms Will Be Available One Week at a Time

Get ready for a Legendary Bird Dynamax extravaganza in Pokémon GO! From January 20th to February 3rd, the iconic Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres will appear in their Dynamax forms.

Dynamax Legendary Birds: A Three-Week Event

This event features the legendary trio in their massive Dynamax forms, appearing in five-star Max Raids at Power Spots. Each bird will have its spotlight week:

• Dynamax Articuno: January 20th
• Dynamax Zapdos: January 27th
• Dynamax Moltres: February 3rd

Following their initial appearance, each legendary bird will remain available for an entire week. Don't miss the "Legendary Flight Timed Research" offering increased chances of encountering Shiny Pokémon, along with Candy and Max Particles for powering up your catches!

• Dynamax Articuno Research: January 17th, 10:00 AM – January 20th, 7:00 PM (local time) – Featuring Charmander, Beldum, and Scorbunny.
• Dynamax Zapdos Research: January 24th, 10:00 AM – January 27th, 7:00 PM (local time) – Featuring Drilbur, Cryogonal, and Grookey.
• Dynamax Moltres Research: January 31st, 10:00 AM – February 3rd, 7:00 PM (local time) – Featuring Squirtle, Krabby, and Sobble.

Victini Returns in Pokémon GO Tour: Unova!

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova is also bringing back the Mythical Pokémon Victini! While the in-person event is location-specific, all players globally can upgrade their free Tour Pass to a Deluxe Pass for enhanced rewards and faster progression.

Free Tour Passes will be distributed on February 24th, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time), allowing you to earn Tour Points and rank up for additional rewards until March 2nd, 6:00 PM (local time).

The Deluxe Pass unlocks Victini and the Lucky Trinket, enabling you to boost a trade with a friend to create a Lucky Pokémon with improved stats and reduced power-up costs. Remember, this Lucky Friend status is a one-time use per friend.
