Introducing Exquisite Pokémon Bowls and Eevee Evolution Figures!
Yamada Heiando, a renowned lacquerware artisan, has unveiled a limited-edition collection of three Pokémon bowls inspired by the Chinese Zodiac. These handcrafted beauties feature Pikachu (Rat), Ekans (Snake), and Dragonite (Dragon), serving as "gentle guardians" for mealtimes, according to the company. Each Pokémon represents a developmental aspect for children: Pikachu embodies kindness, Ekans symbolizes growth, and Dragonite signifies openness.
These stunning bowls, priced at 16,500 JPY (approximately $105 USD), initially sold out rapidly on January 17th, 2025. A second sales period begins January 31st, with a two-item purchase limit per customer. International shipping is available, with additional charges based on factors like packaging and fuel surcharges. Yamada Heiando hints at future Zodiac Pokémon bowl releases.
Meanwhile, the Pokémon Center launched an exclusive line of Eevee evolution figures on January 16th, 2025. The initial release includes Jolteon (skillful), Flareon (satisfied), and Vaporeon (playful), with the remaining Eeveelutions to be released in sets of three throughout the year, each possessing unique personality traits.
