More Tales of Games to Receive Remasters: Producer Confirms Consistent Releases
The popular Tales of series will continue to see a steady stream of remasters, according to series producer Yusuke Tomizawa. This confirmation came during the recent Tales of Series 30th Anniversary Project Special Broadcast.
While specific titles and release dates remain undisclosed, Tomizawa assured fans that a dedicated development team is hard at work, aiming to deliver more remasters "fairly consistently" in the future. This commitment follows Bandai Namco's earlier statements acknowledging significant fan demand for older Tales of titles to be made available on modern platforms. Many classic entries have been inaccessible to both longtime fans and new players alike due to their older hardware requirements.
The upcoming release of Tales of Graces f Remastered on January 17, 2025, for consoles and PC serves as a prime example of this initiative. Originally launched in 2009 for the Nintendo Wii, this remaster brings the game to a wider audience.
