Durak, also known as Fool or Dumb, is a widely played card game originating in the former Soviet Union. This version offers two main variations: "Flip Fool" (Durak Podkidnoy) and "Transferable Fool" (Durak Perevodnoy). Both share similar core mechanics but offer unique strategic depth.

The objective? Be the first to get rid of all your cards. The last player holding cards is declared the "Fool."

Flip Fool is the classic version. When an attacker can't beat a defending player's cards, the player to the defender's left takes a turn, playing only one card. Play then returns to the original attacker. This continues clockwise until all players have had a chance to play.

Transferable Fool adds a layer of complexity. From the second round onwards, the defending player can "transfer" discarded cards to the next player by playing a card of the same rank in a different suit. This continues clockwise, creating dynamic gameplay.
