Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launched in significantly better shape than its predecessor, but like any ambitious large-scale RPG, it still faces technical hurdles. Warhorse Studios remains committed to post-launch improvements, and their next patch promises to be a substantial undertaking.
In a recent interview with Tech4gamers, global PR manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling revealed the upcoming patch addresses over 1,000 bugs:
"This patch has been in development for over five months and includes well over a thousand fixes."
Naturally, players are curious if this extensive patch will include more than just bug fixes—perhaps new gameplay mechanics or quality-of-life enhancements. The lengthy development time fuels hope for significant improvements, although details await the official patch notes.

Furthermore, Warhorse confirmed official mod support is arriving within the next two weeks. However, initial modding capabilities will be limited; creating custom missions, for example, won't be immediately possible. The studio plans to expand modding tools in future updates. A precise release date for the patch remains unannounced.
