Gacha game enthusiasts are always keen to monitor the financial performance of their favorite titles. The latest figures for January 2025 have now been disclosed, revealing some fascinating insights into the genre's top earners.
Genshin Impact, developed by miHoYo (HoYoverse), has made headlines with its latest update featuring the pyro archon, Mawuika. The banner featuring this character significantly boosted the game's revenue, doubling it from $45.6 million in December 2024 to an impressive $99.4 million in January 2025.

In the rankings, Pokemon TCG secured the second spot with earnings of $64 million, while Love and Deepspace, often referred to as the "female gacha," took the third position with $55.2 million.
Meanwhile, Honkai Star Rail saw a decline in its revenue, totaling $50.8 million for the month. Zenless Zone Zero experienced a significant drop, with its earnings halving from $57.9 million in December 2024 to $26.3 million in January 2025.
It's important to note that these rankings reflect revenues solely from mobile platforms. Some of these games, such as those from miHoYo, are also available on PC.
