Collecting them leads you to discover disturbing notes, revealing the Butterfly Collector's true nature—a secret society of women intent on kidnapping children from affluent families to gain power and influence. It's a mission you can't ignore, and you'll need to track down all five members of this nefarious group.

How and Where To Find All Butterfly Collector Members in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

To locate the members of the Butterfly Collector, you'll need to follow geographical clues scattered throughout Osaka. We'll help you pinpoint their locations, making your quest more manageable.

Shucho

Shucho's carelessness leads you to her in the Fishermen’s District at the southeastern tip of Osaka. Dressed in green, she's frantically searching for a kidnapped child at an intersection. Use Naoe's blade or Yasuke's brute force to take her down, then rescue the child hiding behind nearby horses.

Mucho

Head northwest from Shucho's location, crossing the bridge to reach the Kojo ruins. Mucho, disguised as a family jochu, is struggling with her target on the road south of the ruins. Use the child's resistance to your advantage, engage Mucho in combat, and then escort the child back to her mother.

Richo

Richo, a young woman who pretends to be of higher standing, can be found in the bamboo grove at Noda Village, just north of Osaka. She's dressed in pink and checking on a ransom payment. Approach her stealthily or engage in combat to save her latest victim.

Kacho

After dealing with the previous members, you'll confront Kacho, the leader of the Butterfly Collector. She's located north of the Nishinomaru Garden, west of Osaka Castle, in a restricted area. Follow the butterflies to find her, engage in conversation, and prepare for a deadly fight. Kacho's demise will leave one final member to address.

Return to the Gamemaker, the one who initiated the butterfly collecting quest. As a former victim, she created the game to expose the Butterfly Collector's activities.
