Marvel Rivals Update Reassembles Fantastic Four

The highly anticipated full reunion of the Fantastic Four is almost here! Marvel Rivals will welcome The Thing and Human Torch next Friday with a major game update.

A ranked checkpoint arrives in just 10 days, rewarding players who participated in ranked matches. Gold rank and above players will receive exclusive skins, while Grandmasters and beyond will earn a prestigious Crest of Honor.

However, a partial rank reset is planned, demoting players four divisions. This decision has drawn criticism from some players who feel their progress is unfairly diminished mid-season. The concern is that this could discourage less dedicated players from engaging in ranked matches.

Developers have acknowledged the feedback and remain open to adjusting the rank reset system in the future. If player response is largely negative, revisions are possible.
