Use melee attacks to break the boxes and collect the heads. One box is near a palm tree, in a corner of the Nexus close to the green Gateway portal. The second is easily spotted near the Juggernog Perk Machine, on the same raised platform.

   

2. Repair Roman Statues: Head to the Dig Site area near the starting point. Place the statue heads on the two ruined Roman statues. One is near the Ammo Cache, by the door leading to the Neolithic Catacombs. The other is further up in the Dig Site, near the Roman Mausoleum (Pack-a-Punch location).

3. Survive the Blood Sacrifice: Activating a repaired statue initiates a "Blood Sacrifice" challenge. This involves eliminating powerful HVT (High Value Target) versions of Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts. The challenge forces players to 1 HP, with all damage absorbed by armor.
