Gearbox CEO, Randy Pitchford, has recently hinted at a new addition to the highly anticipated Borderlands franchise. In a recent interview, he teased, "I don't think I've adequately concealed our work on something... Borderlands fans will be thrilled." He further suggested an announcement before the year's end, adding, "We have the best team ever, creating exactly what our fans desire. I'm bursting with excitement and can hardly wait to share more!"
While specifics remain under wraps, Pitchford's playful hints have generated considerable buzz. He confirmed multiple projects are underway at the studio, promising "big things" to come.
A New Game and a Movie Premiere
The anticipation for a new Borderlands game is palpable. Borderlands 3 (2019) and its spin-off, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands (2022), were both critically acclaimed for their compelling narratives, humor, diverse characters, and addictive gameplay.
