• Backup and Storage: Securely back up photos, videos, documents, and other files. Automatic photo backup creates easily shareable albums. Enjoy ample storage for your digital life, with options ranging from the free 5GB tier to substantial storage capacities via Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Bedtime Backup ensures seamless overnight backups.

• Collaboration: Real-time co-editing of Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) stored in OneDrive. Effortless file sharing across platforms, ideal for team projects. Receive notifications on shared document updates. Secure sharing options include password-protected or time-limited links.

• Accessibility: Access and share files from anywhere, on any device. Offline access to selected files is available.

• Additional Features: Scan and edit documents, including business cards and receipts, directly within the app. Advanced search functionality allows searching photos by content and documents by name or content. Robust security measures include encryption at rest and in transit, a Personal Vault for enhanced security, version history, and ransomware detection and recovery (with certain subscriptions).

Microsoft 365 Integration: Upgrading to a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription unlocks significantly more storage (up to 1TB per person for Family plans), along with premium OneDrive features such as increased daily sharing limits, enhanced security options (including password-protected sharing links and extended file restore periods), and access to premium versions of Microsoft Office apps.

Subscription Details: Microsoft 365 and standalone OneDrive subscriptions purchased through the app are billed via your Google Play account and auto-renew. Manage subscriptions and auto-renewal settings within your Google Play account. Cancellations are not possible during the active subscription period.

Work/School Accounts: Access OneDrive with your work or school account requires your organization to have a qualifying OneDrive, SharePoint Online, or Microsoft 365 business subscription.
