Thanks to its summer update, Stellar Blade experienced a remarkable 40.14% jump in player numbers. Data from TrueTrophies, in partnership with GameInsights, analyzed over 3.1 million active PSN accounts to confirm this significant increase. The lack of a PS Store sale during this period strongly suggests the new content was the primary driver of this growth. Even without the anticipated photo mode, the update effectively rekindled player enthusiasm.
The summer update introduced a temporary summer-themed area in the Great Desert Oasis, complete with new music and interactive sunbeds.
